Pastor Jennie Taylor

My Walk with Jesus Christ

My walk with Christ began very early in my life. It seems that I have always known that Jesus Christ is Lord. I have always known that the most powerful tool in my spiritual life is the power of prayer. Just by whispering the Name of Jesus has been my security blanket for as long as I can remember.

My Service

As the Director of Operations for The House Worship Center, it allows me the opportunity to oversee the daily business tasks and events, as well as, function as the human resource personnel, and cheerfully serve the members of our church.

As the Senior Associate Pastor, I diligently assist Pastor Del in multiple areas of ministry ensuring that THWC is fulfilling the vision God has given our ministry. I also serve as the Children's Pastor, and work alongside our Intercessory Prayer Team, Ushers,  and T.A.G. (Senior's) Ministry.

The Reason I Serve

I serve because I Love the Lord Jesus Christ. It is my desire to be a willing vessel to use my talents to serve God & his people.

About Me

As a devoted wife, of more than 50 years, I love spending time with my husband, Deacon Jorge Taylor. We enjoy traveling, walks in the park, road trips, antiquing, praying, studying The Word of God together, deep intellectual conversations about spiritual things, politics, science and a plethora of other topics.  One of the gifts that God has bestowed upon me is the ability to paint, which I do freely.  My husband and I have a great appreciation for Southwestern Artwork, which is on display throughout our home.  We have been blessed with 5 incredible children and 13 grandchildren.  I love to cook for my family because I can ensure that the love and care I have for my family goes into every bite! Occasionally, I allow my husband to treat me to a lovely dinner. My family is extremely important to me and I am thankful that God has blessed me with the honor of being a wife and mother to His wonderful creation.

Psalm 27:1

"The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?"
